The Scientific Committee of Bonn Polyphenols 2013 will invite authors of selected papers presented at the congress as oral or poster contributions to submit a manuscript for consideration in Food Research International (2011 Impact Factor of 3.150). There may be a special issue of the journal compiled as a result of submissions.
The journal publishes both original papers and review articles. All manuscripts will be subjected to the same rigorous review process as regular papers. For more information about Food Research International, please visit http://www.journals.elsevier.com/food-research-international/.
