The Scientific Committee of Bonn Polyphenols 2013 will invite authors of selected papers presented at the congress as oral or poster contributions to submit a manuscript for consideration in Food Research International (2011 Impact Factor of 3.150). There may be a special issue of the journal compiled as a result of submissions.
