- Changing from livestream to in-person incurs the price difference.
- Downgrading from in-person to online does not result in a reimbursement.
- Delegate substitutions are free, with authorization submitted two days before the event.

- Before September 29: 50% of fees minus 70€ for administrative costs.
- From September 30: No refunds.
- Dinner participation fees are non-refundable.
- Bank transfer fees are non-refundable.
