Attendance Fees Include:
- Coffee breaks and buffet lunches
- Access to live scientific presentations (including posters area)
- Book of abstract. (Registered participants can receive the abstract book free of charge if collected within two months after the meeting. After that, a fee of 90 EUR will apply for handling services.)
- Access to the exhibition booth
- Certificate of attendance (electronic)
- Access to view all e-posters electronically
Payment methods

- Bank Transfer: Additional €35 handling fee. Contact the administrative secretariat.
- Bank transfers accepted until September 9, midnight; afterward, only credit card payments.
Abstract Submission – Important Requirement
Abstract submission is only possible after completed registration.
Participants wishing to submit a short oral, poster, or innovation abstract must first register for the congress. Access to the abstract submission system will be provided after registration confirmation.
