In-person Participation

Attendance Fees Include(In Person):

• Coffee breaks and buffet lunches
• Access to live scientific presentations (including posters area)
• Book of abstract. (Registered participants can receive the abstract book free of charge if collected within two months after the meeting. After that, a fee of 90 EUR will apply for handling services.)
• Certificate of attendance (electronic)
• Access to view all e-posters electronically

Cancellation Policy

• Until September 10, 2026 (midnight):
  50% refund minus €70 administrative fees.
• From September 11, 2026:
  No refund.
• Refunds will be processed after the end of the congress.

Modification Policy

• Online → In-Person upgrade:
  Charged the price difference.
• In-Person → Online downgrade:
  No refund.
• Delegate substitution:
  Free of charge
  (An authorization letter signed by the registered delegate must be sent at least 2 days before the event).

Payment methods

• Credit Card.
• Bank Transfer: Additional €35 handling fee. Contact the administrative secretariat.
• Bank transfers accepted until September 9, midnight; afterward, only credit card payments.

Abstract Submission – Important Requirement
Abstract submission is only possible after completed registration.

Participants wishing to submit a short oral, poster, or innovation abstract must first register for the congress. Access to the abstract submission system will be provided after registration confirmation.
