Cancellation & Modification Policy

Modification Policy 

• The charge for changing your registration from livestream to in-person is the difference between the 2 prices.
• If you need to downgrade your registration from in-person to online attendee, you will not be reimbursed the difference.
• Delegate substitutions are free of charge, but you must submit a letter authorizing the transfer signed by the registered delegate two days before the event starting days.

Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• If you cancel before August 27 at midnight, 50% of registration fees will be refunded minus 70€ for administrative fees.
• No refund on cancellations sent from August 28, 2023.
• Participation fees for the dinner cannot be refunded.
• Bank transfer fees will not be refunded.

Bank Transfer**: Additional €50 handling fee is required. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact the administrative secretariat. 

(**) Payments by bank transfer are allowed until August 27, midnight. After this date, only payments by credit card will be accepted.
