About Pasquale Filannino

Pasquale Filannino is Associate Professor at the University of Bari "Aldo Moro" (Italy). He is also a member of the Steering Committee of the International Ph.D. School in "Food Engineering and Biotechnology" at the Free University of Bozen (Italy). His research focuses on microbial system biotechnology, fermented and functional foods, and microbial physiology.
