About Cristian Del Bo'
Cristian Del Bo’, PhD, is Associate Professor of Human Nutrition at the Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences, at the University of Milan, Italy. His research focuses on the evaluation of the role of berries and berry-polyphenols in the modulation of markers related to cardiovascular risk. He performed both preclinical and clinical studies investigating the role blueberry bioactives in the modulation of vascular function, oxidative stress and inflammation. Prof Del Bo’ has published more than 100 articles in peer reviewed scientific journals. He is member of the Italian Society of Human Nutrition. He is on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Food Sciences and Nutrition, and Nutrients.
