Call for Papers: Special Issue on Polyphenols in Molecular Nutrition & Food Research Journal
Molecular Nutrition & Food Research will be publishing a Special Issue following the 17th Polyphenols Applications 2024 World Congress, taking place in Milano, Sep 19th to 20th 2024.
Scientific sessions will focus on:
- Polyphenols in Health and Disease;
- Polyphenols, Microbiota and Metabolites;
- Polyphenols and Food Research;
- Clinical Applications and Future Directions.
The special issue will be gratefully guest-edited by Juan Carlos Espin (CEBAS-CSIC, Murcia, Spain) & Cristian Del Bo' (University of Milan, Italy), most well-known for their high standard research in the field.

The issue will publish high-quality peer-reviewed contributions, focussing on most recent findings of great novelty and interest. Please note: a contribution to the project is not dependent on an attendance to the conference.
