His lecture will explore how polyphenol rich compounds may contribute to prevention strategies, metabolic resilience, and protection against age related decline. This perspective is particularly important as polyphenols are increasingly studied not only as antioxidants, but as modulators of inflammation, cellular senescence, microbiota, and longevity pathways.
