We look forward to meeting you all on October 2-3 at Polyphenols World Congress 2025. We remind you of the important information below regarding your participation.
1. Congress Venue

Online Attendees will receive a Zoom Link 2 days before the meeting starts.
3. Badge Pick Up
You can pick up your badges upon your first entry, on Thursday, October 2, starting at 8 a.m.
Please make sure to wear it throughout the congress.

5. Short Oral Presenters Guidelines
1. Kindly note down the updated timing of your presentation. Please make sure to abide by the duration of your talk (8-minute presentation + 2 minutes for discussion).
2. Make sure to bring your presentation with you on a flash drive on-site.
3. Please note that all presentations will be collected by the technician, and no presentation via their own laptop will be accepted.
4. Note: PowerPoint presentation’s ratio: 4:3.
6. Posters List & Guidelines
Please find the accepted poster list below. Check your poster number and the day of your presentation. If you are joining in person, make sure to print your poster and bring it with you (A1 vertical format). Posters will be presented during the coffee breaks & lunch break. You will have to hang the poster according to its number. Please note down the number of your poster. You can also send us your PDF poster.
7. Dinner
The Polyphenols Applications 2025 dinner will be held on Thursday, October 2, at the Corinthia Palace Hotel in Malta. You can join this dinner from 8:00 PM. It is a perfect opportunity to have an interactive discussion.
