On October 8-9, 2026, the 19th World Congress on Polyphenols Applications will bring together an international community to discuss where polyphenol science is heading next from mechanisms and metabolism to health, nutrition, sustainability and innovation.
Day 1 - From Human Health to Mechanisms
Healthy aging, metabolic health, mitochondrial competence, neuroinflammation, vascular health, polyphenol metabolism, microbiome interactions, precision nutrition, gut taste receptors and satiety will shape the first day.
Day 2 - From Food Systems to Applications & Innovation
The second day will move from food and nutrition toward agriculture, sustainability, animal health, extracellular vesicles, next-generation polyphenols and emerging applications.
