Special Issue on Polyphenols in Molecular Nutrition & Food Research Journal is published

Molecular Nutrition & Food Research published a Special Issue following the 17th Polyphenols Applications 2024 World Congress, which took place in Milan from September 19th to 20th, 2024.

The special issue focuses on:

Polyphenols in Health and Disease;
Polyphenols, Microbiota and Metabolites;
Polyphenols and Food Research;
Clinical Applications and Future Directions.

The special issue will be gratefully guest-edited by Juan Carlos Espin (CEBAS-CSIC, Murcia, Spain) & Cristian Del Bo' (University of Milan, Italy), most well-known for their high-standard research in the field.
