As announced during the conference, the Special Issue of the journal Current Research in Food Science covering the Polyphenols Applications Congress 2022 is now open for submissions. On behalf of the Guest Editors Dr. Franck Carbonero and Prof Fred Stevens, we are pleased to invite you to submit your unpublished research for consideration.
